Securities Industry Experience: Before founding SLM, Mr. Bishara successfully founded and operated several private companies. Mr. Bishara joined the securities industry in 1995, by early 1999 he had been promoted to Managing Director and Partner.
Management: Mr Bishara’s Firm was eventually acquired by a publicly traded international broker/dealer where he remained employed as a Senior Vice President and Head of Retail Sales.
Specializations: investment banking, including initial public offerings, private placements and private placement of debt securities.
